Hi Snowbirds, Welcome back to paradise for the winter months. I can see the difference on the roadways and the restaurants in our area. They are getting more crowded with residents. Now is the time to open up your homes that have been closed up for many months. Cleaning and organizing the house. If you don't have a home watch in place, you may come back to some serious issues at your home. Your air conditioner may not be working and mold has taken up residence in your home.
